One room, a few problems, and a lot of conflicting advice. Send photos and I'll give you a verdict on each issue and a prioritized plan, so you know what to fix now, what can wait, and what to leave alone.
What you'll receive:
A verdict for up to three problems in one space
A combined, prioritized plan: do now, do soon, plan for, leave alone
A suggested order of work
Rough cost ranges
Questions to ask contractors
What I need from you:
3 to 8 photos of the room and each problem area
A short description of what's happening and what you've been told
Turnaround: Within 5 business days of a complete submission.
Good for: A room with several related issues, such as windows, plaster, and trim, or a bathroom's tile, plaster, and fixtures. Want a plan you can see? Choose Room Review + Sketch.
Spots are limited each week.
